Getting Started with Home Ordering

What is Home Ordering?

Many of you have told us that you'd like to have a Photo Kiosk at home. Well, now you can!
Home Ordering is a software package that turns your computer into a Photo Kiosk. Just like the in-store Photo Kiosks, Home Ordering allows you to edit and order all your precious memories to be printed by us. You can also choose to either collect at your nearest store or have them posted to you. Time is precious so stay at home and relax while you create Photo Books, special Photo Gifts or prints for the family album.

How to Get Started

1. Pick-up the Home Ordering CD from you nearest Rabbit Photo store.
2. Follow the prompts on the installation wizard. The file size is 770MB and takes approximately 20 minutes to install, so now is the time to grab a cuppa!
3. After install you will see a "Creative@Home" icon on the desktop. Double click on the icon to launch the software. (The initial launch can take up to 20 minutes to open, however, is a ‘once only’ process).
4. Log-in as a new customer – even if you are already a customer at your local store you will need to register as a Home Ordering customer.
5. Locate your photos that you have saved on either you computer drive, CD or memory card and place your order.

How do I get the software?

Simply go to your nearest Rabbit Photo store and ask at the counter for your Home Ordering software.

Having trouble loading your software?

Go to the "FAQ & Troubleshooting" page for solutions to common problems. If you still experience loading problems call your nearest store. The store will take your name, address and phone number and have our IT department call you.
